NEW HOUSING BUSINESS DAY: How Investing with and in Tiny Houses Works

Several participants in a workshop raise their hands. A speaker is standing in front.

For the first time this year, NEW HOUSING is offering BUSINESS DAY. On the Friday of the trade show, investors, local government representatives, and tourism operators can learn in a concise and detailed manner how to generate high revenue with tiny houses. A particular highlight: exclusive projects will be presented on-site that are ready for immediate investment.

Where can I find plots of land? How do I find the right manufacturers? Which type of house is the right one? And how is all of this financed? Anyone looking to invest in and with tiny houses has many questions to answer. This is often time-consuming and, not infrequently, nerve-wracking.

The Business Day, powered by Fabian Müller of NEW HOUSING, will provide a solution on June 26, 2026, at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Center.

They also have the opportunity to invest exclusively on-site, either alone or jointly with others, in tiny house projects.
  • Tourism providers from the camping, vacation park, and leisure destination sectors will discover innovative accommodation concepts for experiential and nature-based tourism through real-world examples from successful providers, as well as innovation potential for sustainable tourism.
  • Municipalities will gain solutions to address the housing shortage and promote sustainable land use; they will learn best practices from other cities and regions and become the primary point of contact within their municipality regarding Tiny Houses and related initiatives.
