An Overview of the Exhibitors at NEW HOUSING 2026
At NEW HOUSING 2026, more than 80 companies will showcase their offerings related to living in tiny homes. The event will feature innovative housing concepts, technical solutions, and a variety of services.
The following brief profiles provide visitors with an overview of the participating companies and their respective areas of focus. This overview is updated regularly.
Akadien Homes – Easy Homes (Tiny House on wheels und Modular homes)
At NEW HOUSING 2026, Easy Homes will showcase a wide range of housing solutions, from tiny houses on trailers to modular homes spanning over 80 square meters. The lineup is complemented by additional models, such as a wellness trailer.
With over 25 years of experience in wood construction and in-house architects, the company offers a comprehensive, worry-free package for affordable living without compromising on quality or comfort. The homes are occupied by the company itself and are continuously refined.
The focus is on energy-efficient designs and the belief that comfortable living in a small space is possible for people of all ages, whether as a vacation home or a permanent residence.
Aurora (Tiny House und Modular homes)
With its turnkey tiny houses and modular homes, Aurora focuses on sustainable construction, high living comfort, and smart space solutions. The models stand out for their resource-efficient materials, energy-efficient designs, and flexible usage options.
Compact design is combined with high-quality finishes and practical functionality. Careful planning is central to the process, ensuring that individual living preferences are optimally realized. NEW HOUSING offers the ideal opportunity to present these living concepts to a wide audience and engage with interested visitors.
Baltic Promo (Prefab houses)
Baltic Promo builds homes with living spaces ranging from 18 to 60 square meters and will present its premium tiny house at NEW HOUSING 2026, which is suitable for both recreational use and year-round living. A suitability assessment in accordance with the German Building Energy Act is required.
The focus is on three guiding principles: design, mobility, and affordability. The goal is to provide high-quality tiny houses at fair prices, thereby contributing to affordable housing. A strong connection to the tiny house community is a central component of the company’s philosophy.
Carawater (Water Filtration and Greywater Treatment)
One of the biggest challenges in the tiny house sector is ensuring a reliable water supply. At NEW HOUSING 2026, Carawater will present its AUTARX system, a solution that treats graywater into fresh water, thereby opening up new possibilities for self-sufficient living.
The system covers the entire water cycle, from water supply and drinking water generation to wastewater recycling for reuse. This provides tiny house owners with an integrated water treatment system that significantly enhances sustainability and self-sufficiency.
FIRST BASE (Screw pile foundations, as well as the corresponding driving machines, test kits, accessories, and tools)
With its screw foundations, FIRST BASE offers a flexible and eco-friendly alternative to concrete solutions. The foundations are installed quickly, cleanly, and without excavation; they can be used with minimal vibration and can be reused or relocated as needed. This leaves the surrounding area virtually untouched.
Suitable for both temporary and permanent projects, they represent efficient and forward-thinking construction. At NEW HOUSING, FIRST BASE will demonstrate how modern foundation solutions can optimally support sustainable tiny living.
Flexicube (Container homes)
Flexicube’s container homes are designed to offer maximum functionality in a small space. Flexible floor plans, efficient use of space, and quick installation make them a practical solution for modern living.
At the same time, emphasis is placed on high-quality materials, appealing design, and customization options. Flexicube recommends planning your needs early on and thinking long-term, as thoughtful design and quality are key to comfort and durability.
NEW HOUSING offers the ideal platform to make new contacts and showcase container homes as a smart alternative to traditional home construction.
Flowspace (Backyard office, gym and modular pod)
Flowspace’s modular garden pods expand the small-living concept by providing additional space that can be used flexibly—for example, as a home office, yoga room, or studio. This creates a zoned living environment with more tranquility and functionality, just a few steps away from the main house.
The modules are delivered as a kit, are quick to assemble, disassemble, and relocate. The focus is on good insulation, plenty of natural light, and durable materials.
At NEW HOUSING 2026, Flowspace will demonstrate how modern living can be designed to be smarter and more adaptable.
Klapkot (Fold-out tiny houses on wheels)
Klapkot demonstrates that small living spaces can be surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and flexible. The tiny house on wheels unfolds on site into a fully functional, single-story living space with no stairs or level changes.
The ingenious folding system combines mobility with a high quality of living and is suitable for private properties, vacation parks, or temporary locations. Quality, craftsmanship, and durable materials are at the heart of the design.
At NEW HOUSING, Klapkot will showcase the concept in practical use and engage with an international community dedicated to sustainable living. The goal: to demonstrate that small living does not mean sacrifice, but rather combines comfort, flexibility, and sustainable use.
Kulfiwala (Ice cream specialties)
Just like a tiny house, Kulfi focuses on the essentials. It uses 100 percent natural ingredients, 95 percent of which are organic and primarily sourced locally. No artificial flavors or stabilizers are used.
Slow simmering creates a uniquely creamy texture, completely free of additives. In addition to the classic version, vegan options are also available.
At NEW HOUSING 2026, the company aims to demonstrate that a sustainable lifestyle and mindful enjoyment go hand in hand, and that traditional craftsmanship can enrich modern festival experiences.
Nestio (Modular homes)
Nestio develops high-quality, year-round habitable modular homes for residential and commercial use, ranging from 30 to 60 square meters in living space. The focus is on energy-efficient construction, modern design, and well-thought-out floor plans.
Thanks to a GEG-compliant, highly insulated building envelope, the homes achieve energy efficiency class A. The company also handles the entire building permit application process, as a permit is required for every tiny house in Germany.
Following its successful debut, the company is once again exhibiting at NEW HOUSING and looks forward to discussing sustainable living.
PMF Housing (Modular timber-frame houses)
PMF Housing relies on industrial manufacturing to effectively address the housing shortage. The system is based on a modular design consisting of two standard modules that can be combined to create a variety of floor plans, ranging from the 25- or 36-square-meter PMF Cube to modular, expandable housing solutions.
The units are relocatable, expandable, and meet GEG and KfW requirements. Serial prefabrication shortens construction times and enables shell construction costs of less than €1,000 per square meter.
The company’s approach: Only through standardization and repeatable processes can small-scale housing become economical and scalable, thereby transforming it into a genuine market solution rather than a niche product.
Redwell Manufaktur (Infrared heaters)
Redwell stands for sustainable, design-oriented infrared heating systems “Made in Austria.” The systems are mounted on walls or ceilings to save space and require neither radiators nor utility shafts. This is a clear advantage in small living spaces and micro-apartments, where every square foot counts.
The even radiant heat ensures a comfortable indoor climate without stirring up dust or drying out the air. Infrared heaters are considered an efficient and sustainable solution, particularly in well-insulated, modern buildings.
Redwell combines quality, regionality, and durability with aesthetic design. The company views heating as part of a holistic living concept focused on energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability. This is a new way of thinking about heat: stylish, space-saving, and future-proof.
Setrenlo (Premium composting toilets)
With its premium separation toilet, SETRENLO demonstrates that sustainable sanitation solutions do not require sacrifice or compromise. Designed for residential use, this solution operates independently of water, chemicals, and external infrastructure, making tiny houses truly self-sufficient.
In doing so, SETRENLO deliberately challenges common misconceptions: no litter, no odor, no makeshift solution. Instead, the system combines high-quality design with ease of use and a genuine bathroom experience in the smallest of spaces.
The company’s philosophy: sustainability works best when it brings joy. Comfort, aesthetics, and functionality are therefore consistently brought together. This creates a new norm around the topic of separation toilets, as an integral part of modern and sustainable living concepts.
Viessmann (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
In a tiny house, indoor climate conditions can quickly become extreme. Here, climate control systems are not a luxury but are crucial for living comfort and building protection. Viessmann provides the right, energy-efficient system technology for this purpose.
Under the guiding principle “We create living space for generations to come,” the company views small-scale housing as part of the solution to housing shortages and resource scarcity. The focus is not on the individual unit, but on the well-designed overall system.
A key lesson learned from many projects: “Plan the system, not the individual unit.” Especially in highly insulated tiny houses, oversizing quickly leads to inefficient solutions. Viessmann’s participation in NEW HOUSING is therefore a clear commitment to a sustainable new living culture.
Weising Maschinenbau (Recreational trailers, mobile tiny houses, and shipping containers)
For over 70 years, this family-owned business has stood for solid craftsmanship, quality, and durable construction. Their custom-built recreational trailers and tiny houses demonstrate how comfort, functionality, and personality can be combined even in a small space.
Whether as a garden trailer, vacation home, or creative retreat, these compact and mobile units offer versatile uses and enable a close-to-nature, mindful lifestyle with minimal space requirements. Each trailer is designed and built with great attention to detail.
