Thinking of buying a tiny house? Try living in one first.

ADVERT Is there enough space? Does everyday life work out? And does it really feel like home? Prospective buyers can answer precisely these questions by trying out a stay at TinyPark Tromm, thereby avoiding planning mistakes or even making the wrong

Many people are interested in living in a small space. But between the enthusiasm for tiny houses and the actual decision to buy one, there are often many questions: What is life really like in 25 or 35 square metres? Is there enough space? Is a tiny house suitable for long-term living? And which model actually suits your needs? This is exactly where TinyParks comes in.

From holiday guest to tiny house owner

What began as a labour of love with a single tiny house has, over the past few years, developed into a place where people can not only view tiny houses but actually experience them. At TinyPark Tromm in the Odenwald, five high-quality tiny houses are currently available for holiday guests, with a sixth to follow in September. All set amidst the forest, surrounded by nature.

A trial stay instead of brochures

The idea behind it is simple: anyone considering buying a tiny house shouldn’t just compare floor plans or visit a trade fair stand. Only when you live in it, cook, sleep and experience a few days of everyday life there do you get a realistic picture of whether this way of living really suits your own ideas. Many prospective buyers therefore use a stay at TinyPark Tromm as the first step on the path to owning their own tiny house.

Practical and sales experience

This conviction also led to the collaboration with Mobi House, one of Europe’s leading tiny house manufacturers. As an official sales partner, particularly for southern Germany, TinyParks supports prospective buyers from the initial idea right through to the handover of their home.

The potential uses of these small houses are diverse: as a permanent residence, holiday home, guest accommodation or multi-generational living solution. At the same time, TinyParks supports operators and investors in the development of tourism projects. These include, amongst others, campsites, hotels, vineyards, golf courses or local authorities looking to explore new avenues in tourism.

The particular advantage: the team not only knows the manufacturing side but also has first-hand experience of running a successful Tiny House park. This perspective helps with planning new projects as well as selecting suitable models.
