The presentations are divided into the categories of local governments, investors, and tourism. The speakers will introduce themselves and their topics.

Tanja Preuß (Tourism Sector):

Company: Sales Management & Project Management, NAWALO GmbH

Title: Successful Tiny House Models in Tourist Rentals, Commercial Concepts, Statistics, and Experiences

About her: How can attractive, profitable, and permit-compliant lodging options be created with manageable effort? That is exactly what Tanja Preuß demonstrates in her presentation. For years, she has been supporting farmers, campground operators, and hotel owners in the DACH region in the successful implementation of tiny house projects for commercial rental. The focus is on suitable models for different types of businesses, the creation of additional capacity even on small plots, building code requirements, development and infrastructure, as well as cost-effective features. Using concrete real-world examples—from farms to campgrounds to hotels—participants will gain a concise, practical overview of how they can expand their tourism offerings, attract new target groups, and generate additional revenue.
